We are opening up the ridge for this one amazing evening—a collaborative dinner that brings together our estate production, a curated selection of global imports to pair with exceptional local cuisine.
To create a truly unforgettable menu, we’ve partnered with the culinary team at Compass Craft Catering. This is a 4 course (2 main entree) dinner. Rather than focusing on a single producer, the evening’s pairings will showcase a spectacular, cross-continental lineup from three distinct portfolios:
Royer Vineyard: Our estate-grown, precision-driven Chardonnays, capturing the unique energy of our southwest-facing ridge.
Caveau Selections: Exceptional, hand-selected French imports, bringing the timeless elegance of Burgundy and Champagne to the table.
Courtier Wines: Highly curated selections that perfectly bridge the gap between old-world tradition and new-world expression.
This will be an intimate, al fresco gathering of collectors, winemakers, and friends, sharing stories and world-class bottles as the sun sets over the valley.
